Spier Seaward Sauvignon Blanc 2023. Crisp and elegant, the grapes from this vintage were harvested from optimum ripeness, and were only left on skin contact for 4 hours. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks, and aged on its lees for 4 months, giving a lively palate and lingering finish.
