Spier Seaward Chardonnay 2022. Originating from vines in the cool Coastal Region of Cape Town, the grapes of this vintage underwent crushing, followed by skin contact for 4 hours. 60% of the Chardonnay grapes went through a stainless steel fermentation while the other 40% went into older French oak barrels, then spent 6 months on the lees. It has a velvety texture with a smooth, clean finish making it delightfully versatile.
