Spier Signature Sauvignon Blanc 2024. Crafted from granite soils from Malmesbury, Shale and Cape vineyards, the grapes from this vintage were machine harvested and later pressed, left to ferment in stainless steel tanks. To give more complexity, the wine spent a few months on the lees before bottling. You will pick up aromas of gooseberry, green fig, and even green pepper, followed by a crisp and zesty palate underscored by acidity and polished minerality.
