Tasting Notes
Spier 21 Gables Pinotage 2017. From the southern side of Stellenbosch where the vineyard benefits from the maritime breezes, this vintage is fermented in stainless steel, followed by a secondary fermentation in French, American and Hungarian oak barrels where the ageing took place for 18 months. This is a classic style of a Pinotage with ripe fruit flavours with a velvety and smooth finish.
