Spier Good Natured Shiraz 2023. Sourced from vines in the Olifants River region, this wine benefits from low annual rainfall, which fosters concentrated, expressive fruit. The grapes were de-stemmed and crushed into stainless steel tanks, then fermented for 12 days on the grape skins. The wine aged in French oak for 12 months, enhancing dark fruit notes, following with cinnamon and clove. The palate is velvety with tannins, embraced by a lovely polished finish.
