Bolney Estate Lychgate Bacchus 2022. This is a fresh, zesty and intensely aromatic white, with notes of cantaloupe melon, passion fruit, candied orange and lime. This fruit forward, rich vintage delights the palate, with a little sweetness and some white peach, elderflower, passion fruit and candied orange. 65% extraction. Cool-fermentation then took place in stainless steel tanks, ensuring the retention of the primary fruit aromas. The south of England's Sussex terroir is enhanced by chalk, greensand and clay soils which are ideal for Bacchus to thrive.
