Spier Seaward Chenin Blanc 2023. Harvested from the Tygerberg Hills and Stellenbosch, the 2023 Chenin Blanc is shaped by a climate ideal for preserving acidity and aromatics. During harvesting, skin contact was limited to 4 hours, followed by fermentation taking place for 7 months in French oak barrels.
