Prophet's Rock Pinot Gris 2022. This vintage had a warmer summer and a bit of a warmer autumn, helping curate a well balanced white in a bottle. This Pinot Gris is a crowd pleaser, showcasing aromas of white peaches, a bit of spice, and pear. On the palate, expect a medium bodied feel with a crisp note of acidity followed by minerality giving the wine a richer, textured feel, while still being aromatic. This wine is a perfect example of a well balanced New Zealand pinot gris.
