Tasting Notes

Prophet's Rock Home Vineyard Pinot Noir 2023. Elegant, full-bodied grown from steep, north facing elevations on New Zealand's South Island. Paul Pujol is well-known for the quality of his Pinot Noir, and this is an especially fine example from his Home Vineyard site. Aged 17 months in French oak, expect aromas of spice, dark berry and floral hints followed by a silky tannin palate characterized by dried strawberry and baking spices.
