Prophet's Rock Vin de Paille 2021. Made from Pinot Gris grapes that were left to dry out more on the vines naturally, this is an elegant sweet wine from Central Otago. The result is a deep honey-yellow hue, lead by citrus, toffee and honey on the nose, followed by a sweet palette with notes of honey and pineapple. Perfect to pair with desserts, and cheese boards to share.
