This region showcases a wide elevation range above the sea level, combined with a warm climate and cooler evenings which enhance the wines. This is a blend from barrel and stainless steel fermentation, enhancing the palates forward flavours. This chardonnay is full of apple and ripe citrus note with a hint of creamy buttery notes.
