Schloss Johannisberg Prince Metternich Rheingau Riesling 2023. This is the first estate release in 10 years - a 100% Riesling that is dry yet well-balanced, light and juicy, charming and finessed, with good intensity and grip. The terroir consists of quartzite, slate, and clay soils from steep slopes. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
