Tasting Notes
Bolfan Aromano 2017. This amber colored skin contact wine is made from 95% Pinot Gris (Pinot Sivi) and 5% Traminac (Gewürztraminer). Delicately aromatic, pleasantly enticing, with sensory notes recalling apricot, peach, melon and a vague aroma of almond, all unfolding into an extremely elegant expression. Strong, but soft body coming from maturation in big oak barrels.
