Tasting Notes
Pol Roger Cuvee Winston Churchill 2015. This is a prestige champagne made only in exceptional vintages, with a Pinot Noir-dominant blend complemented by Chardonnay for finesse. Sourced exclusively from Grands Crus vineyards that existed during Churchill’s lifetime, it undergoes meticulous vinification including slow, cool fermentation, full malolactic conversion, and extended ageing in Pol Roger’s deepest cellars. Hand-riddled and released later than other vintages, it reflects Churchill’s preference for robust, mature wines with structure, elegance, and long ageing potential.
