Dom Perignon 2013. This is an exquisite and greatly balanced Champagne. The 2013 harvest followed a cool, rainy spring and a hot, dry summer, with grapes carefully picked from 1,150 hectares of vineyards, including 50% Grands Crus and 25% Premiers Crus, cultivated in the chalky soils of the Champagne region. Composed of 38% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Noir, and 29% Pinot Meunier, this Champagne aged for a minimum of eight years, resulting in a wine that embodies balance, harmony, and finesse.
