Mouton Cadet x Nathan Sauvignon Blanc 2024. Nathan is the son of Philippe Sereys de Rothschild and great-grandson of Baron Philippe de Rothschild, and he plays an active role in Mouton Cadet’s Creative Lab, exploring new consumption trends and innovative ideas. After collaborating with the brand’s technical team, he introduced Mouton Cadet Blanc x Nathan, an organic and vegan Sauvignon Blanc. This fresh, solar wine offers vibrant citrus notes and elegance, crafted with minimal sulfites and matured three months on lees. The nose is preserved of citrus and bergamot, leading to a palate of lime, florals, and a lingering finish of honeysuckle and grapefruit.
