On the palate, it is dense and rich, delivering a harmonious balance of texture and freshness, with a long, elegant finish. Vinification includes gentle pressing, fermentation, and ageing on fine lees for 12 months followed by 4–6 months in tank, without bâtonnage, preserving purity and precision.
