The nose is delicate yet complex, with aromas of white flowers, subtle honey, and candied white fruits such as pear and apricot. On the palate, it is dense and rich, delivering a harmonious balance of texture and freshness, with a long, elegant finish. Vinification includes gentle pressing, fermentation, and ageing on fine lees for 12 months followed by 4–6 months in tank, without bâtonnage, preserving purity and precision.
