Can Descregut Memoria Gran Reserva Corpinnat 2016. This traditional method Brut Nature Cava made of Xarel-lo and Macabeo is the exceptional result of more than 60 months of lees ageing. Rich and creamy but still has plenty of fresh fruit. The ageing brings out lots of baked aromas and sweet spice. On the palette, it has a delicate, creamy mousse with notes of apples, dried figs, and honeyed tones.
