Chateau Simon Sauternes 2020. A traditional blend of Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, and Muscadelle botrytised grapes are pressed and aged in French oak barrels to age for 18 months. This half bottle (375ml) from the 2020 vintages offers honeyed apricot, almond, demara sugar and subtle orange peel. The finish is long and harmonious, leaving a lasting impression.
