Tasting Notes

Blanc Plume 2023. This vintage was made from native yeast fermentation, then put into stainless steel vats. It is blended with Syrah and Sauvignon Blanc, this funky signature cuvée features aromas that are driven by wild herbs, pink grapefruit and lime, followed by a fruity and minerality palate that gives structure and freshness, all lightly because of low alcohol.
