Tasting Notes

Blanc Plume 2023. Blended with Syrah and Sauvignon Blanc, this funky signature cuvée to claim the spirit of a white feather. It is a snow-white wine with silvery and golden reflections. The aromas are driven by wild herbs, pink grapefruit and lime, followed by a fruity and minerality palate that gives structure and freshness, all lightly because of low alcohol.
