Retour Aux Sources, Biodynamic, Mas des Caprices, Fitou, Languedoc, France 2021
Southern France, France

Tasting Notes
Mas des Caprices Retour Aux Sources Fitou 2021. This was made from an early harvest on schist soil which brings a nice minerality. It is a powerful yet refined red of Carignan, Syrah, Lledoner and Mourvedre, offering notes of blackberry, black olive, smoked herbs, and hints of cocoa. Concentrated and layered, with depth that lingers on the finish.
