Tasting Notes
Roche Costamagna Dolcetto D'Alba 2023. Made from 100% Dolcetto grape, this vintage is a great every day sipping wine. The Dolcetto D'Alba went through a maceration of around 4 to 5 days followed by an ageing period of 6 months in stainless steel, and 2 months in bottle. Expect to pick up fruity berry aromas, followed by a palate that increasingly intensifies with freshness. This vintage has a shelf life of 6 years, and is one not to miss.
