Tasting Notes

This typical Picpoul is full of citrus and lemon grass aromas with a touch of almond blossom. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel achieving fresh, youthful and fruity style with zesty acidity at finish. The vineyard is found on a chalky plateau facing the Mediterranean sea. Cool morning and evening breezes from the sea help the grapes to retain their refreshing character.
