Spier Cap Classique Brut Rose 2023. A vintage sparkling wine made in the traditional French method from 100% Pinot Noir grown in Stellenbosch and Robertson. Whole-bunch pressed and fermented in stainless steel, it underwent secondary fermentation in the bottle with 14 months of lees ageing for finesse and complexity. This elegant Cap Classique is dry and vibrant, offering a refined structure and lingering freshness.
