Tasting Notes
Wakefield Wines Estate Pinot Noir 2021. This vintage aged for 9 months in 1-2 year old French oak barrels prior to the bottling, giving the wine a soft and silky palate. The growing season for this vintage was some of the best conditions the estate has seen in 10 years which helped enhance the layered fruit flavours of cherries and red berries, along with some sweet spice.
