Tasting Notes
Maison de la Paix Viognier 2022. This vintage carries with a smooth, rich texture and good length. The Viognier grapes are fermented in French oak, and aged on lees before it is bottled. On the nose, expect to be greeted with apricot and honey, whereas on the palate, the wine shows peach, apricot with vanilla which give way to a cool, clean minerality on the finish.
