Navarro Correas Alegoría Gran Reserve Chardonnay 2021. Hand-harvested grapes from select high-altitude vineyards undergo gentle pressing and fermentation in French oak barrels. The wine is aged on fine lees for several months, with bâtonnage to enhance texture and complexity. Partial malolactic fermentation adds richness while preserving freshness.
