Made from 100% Pinot Meunier biodynamically grown on the field Mepetit in Polisot. Fermented naturally and matured in large casks - has been bottled with yeast residues for a minimum of four years. Fruity, intense scent with notes of apple, plum, grape and forest floor. Nice fullness in a tight style - vinous and long in the aftertaste.
