Bolney Wine Estate Classic Cuvee. This traditional-method cuvée is crafted from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier. It spends two years on the lees with 18-2007 Champagne yeast. It has luscious flavours of bright citrus, buttery brioche, and vanilla on a harmonious, sophisticated palate with a well-rounded finish.
