Originating from South Africa’s Western Cape, this bold, full-bodied 2021 Merlot was fermented in stainless steel for three weeks before spending six months in oak barrels to develop depth and complexity. The wine opens with pronounced red fruit aromas, layered with hints of coffee and chocolate, while soft tannins provide a structured yet approachable palate, culminating in a long, smooth finish.
