Tasting Notes

Our vines are bordered by a long-distance hiking trail the GR36 which also runs along a stream called Sant Jaume (St jacques in catalan) in which I take water for my biodynamics practices. It’s a multi-sensory space conducive to mediation and rejuvenation. Many smells of plants, flowers, humus, a freshness linked to the strong minerality and the multiple cascades. We wanted wines with this image, liveliness, fruit, fluidity and calm, to be tasted with mindfulness.
