These terroir elements grant the wine a vibrant tension between ripeness and refreshing acidity. On the nose, expect aromas of plum, raspberry, and cherry. The palate continues the wine with a smooth core of red berries, framed by a gentle hint of spice, such as clove warmth, balanced by subtle whispers of slate and mineral derived from the soil's stony underlay.
