Tasting Notes
Pascal Bouchard Bourgogne Chardonnay 2019. This organic, fresh and crisp Chardonnay is grown on Burgundy clay and limestone soils. It is aged for 8 to 12 months in mainly stainless steel, with 20% of the grapes going into French oak. The result is a very aromatic note, featuring lime, goosberry with subtle honey and brioche following. On the palate, expect a velvety texture with a balance of minerality with notes of pear and subtle vanilla.
