Bolney Estate Pinot Noir 2022. This is a 100% Pinot Noir with short fermentation and extended skin contact. Mainly stainless steel aged with a small amount aged in oak which adds subtle spice. Dark red fruits, chocolate hints, and dry finish make this a bright Sussex red.
