Tasting Notes
Vitovska is an indigenous grape to the Karst area in the region of Friuli-Venezia Giulia. Enticing aromas of blossom pollen, beeswax and aromatic herbs such as thyme and savoury oregano lift from the glass. On the palate, it is fresh and dry with an incredible sense of minerality rushing across the palate.
