Bolney Cuvee Rose 2019. This is an elegant and well-balanced traditional method sparkling rose with fresh aromas of ripe, red berries, toasted brioche, and honeyed blossom. The palate offers notes of red apple and brioche, well-integrated acidity, and a delightfully dry finish. Made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, this cuvee, produced using the Traditional Method with extended lees aging, lends it finesse, structure, and a harmony of flavours.
