Bolney Estate Lychgate Red 2020. Similar to Burgundy, the terroir is situated on south-facing sandstone slopes that benefit from the warm English summers, with optimal sunlight, combined with free-draining, warm soils that sit on greensand and clay. This is a rich and complex, plum-colored wine with flavors of ripe stone fruits, spice, and warming herbaceous notes. Deep flavours of dark chocolate and black olive tapenade with a long, fresh and soft finish.
