Tasting Notes

Bolney Estate Lychgate Red 2020. Made entirely from Rondo grape, this 2020 vintage was fermented at controlled temperatures to enhance the black fruit and spice character. The wine then underwent a full malolactic fermentation in tank to add more softness and roundess to the palate. The result is a luscious medium-body red with riper fruits, earthy tones with a long smooth finish.
