Bolney Estate Pinot Gris 2023. Made in the Alsatian style, this generous white is made with 100% Pinot Gris grapes. The grapes are whole-bunch pressed in cool temperatures to preserve the aromatics before spending 3 months on the lees. The resulting wine is full of freshness, texture and fragrant aromas of honeyed pear, pink lady apples and blossom.
