Pascal Bouchard Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2022. This is a textbook Pinot Noir from Burgundy, that displays a very fruit forward nose showcasing strawberry and plum with a hint of spice. On the palate, expect subtle tannins that provide elegance and tones of ripe plum, blackberry, and a dash of smoke, thanks to 20 to 30% of the grapes going through French oak aging.
