Tasting Notes
Goleta Merlot Non-Vintage. Straight from Chile’s Central Valley, this Merlot is fermented in stainless steel to retain the bright, fresh fruit character of the grapes. After fermentation, part of the wine remains in stainless steel, while another portion is aged for 4-6 months in oak barrels to lend gentle complexity. The result is a medium-bodied red with soft tannins, smooth red berry flavors, and a clean, balanced finish.
