Mouton Cadet x Pierre Rouge 2023. Pierre is the son of Camille Sereys de Rothschild and great-grandson of Baron Philippe de Rothschild, and created Mouton Cadet Red x Pierre. This organic and vegan Merlot is light, fresh, and full of radiant fruit, with bright color and soft tannins. Cherry red with a poppy hue, it opens on aromas of raspberry, strawberry, and mint, followed by delicate cherry notes. The palate is crisp and elegant, with subtle bilberry and refined tannins leading to a lingering finish.
