Guido Matteo Gavi di Gavi 2024. A mouthwatering and classic Piedmont white. The grapes are harvested the small vineyards of Spessa, Prago, and Cascina dell’Arciprete before undergoing fermentation and ageing in stainless steel. The result is a delicate, fresh wine full of white peach, green apple, and almond with fine structure throughout the palate.
