Tasting Notes
Mouton Cadet Cuvee Heritage 2022. Rooted in three sun-drenched Bordeaux terroirs, this red blends Merlot for fruit and roundness with Cabernet Sauvignon for structure and power. Matured for 16 months, including 8–10 months in oak, it offers a perfect balance of fruit, spice, and subtle oak. Deep black-cherry red with a ruby hue, the nose reveals redcurrant, cherry, and blackberry, evolving to nutmeg, toast, and wild strawberry. The palate is full and succulent, with black and red fruit leading to a rounded finish touched by vanilla.
