Bolney Estate Lychgate Rose 2023. A fresh and silky rosé with a coral pink colour. The Sussex's maritime climate makes this wine have aromatic depth and structural elegance. Aromas of strawberry, raspberry, red fruit and rose petals lead to a refreshing palate of red fruits, strawberries and cream. Fruit was crushed and de-stemmed for maceration and colour extraction in press. Cool fermentation took place for around 14 days with yeasts selected to accentuate ester and red fruit character.
