Tasting Notes
Bolney Estate Lychgate Rose 2023. This is a delicate, Provence-style rose made from a blend of Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, and Reagent. The fruit was crushed and destemmed before pressing, and fermented in stainless steel, followed by blending and filtration prior to bottling to preserve freshness and fruit forward notes. The result is an elegant rose with aromas of stone fruit and grapefruit with lively acidity and a crisp and dry finish.
