Daniel Chotard Tradition Sancerre Blanc 2023. Deriving from limestone, pebble and flint soils, with vines up to 80 years old, this is a textbook Sancerre with elegance, minerality and a pithy texture from extended lees stirring. The wine is aged for up to 18 months in a combination of stainless steel tanks, French oak and Acacia barrels before bottling.
