Pascal Bouchard Chablis Les Vieilles Vignes 2023. Beautiful brilliant pale yellow in color, with green reflections. The nose of this white reveals aromas of stony white fruits, pear and green apple. On the palate, expect to to taste vanilla and pear. There oak aging in this wine is subtle and harmonious with an underlying hint of smoke on the palate as well, making this good in persistence and structure.
