Wakefield Wines Jaraman Cabernet Sauvignon 2022. The grapes of this vintage come from Clare Valley and Coonawarra. It has intense cassis and blackberry flavours, supported by hints of violet, mint, and fine French oak. Elegant tannins provide structure and a long, persistent finish. This Cabernet aged for up to 14 months in French oak (with 10% new), and is crafted for immediate enjoyment but will reward with long-term cellaring.
