De Trafford Syrah 393 2014. A lovely and elegant Syrah from the Helderberg Mountain of South Africa at 393m above sea level (where it gets its name!). This Syrah reflects precision and power from the high altitude, and is harvested and fermented in French oak barrels before maturing in fin grained French oak for 22 months. It is bottled unfined and unfiltered, showcasing this vintage's depth, structure and elegance that define De Trafford's handcrafted style.
