Chablis Les Vieilles Vignes, Pascal Bouchard, Burgundy, France 2019
Chablis, France
Tasting Notes
Beautiful brilliant pale yellow in color, with green reflections. The nose reveals fruit aromas of stony white fruits, pear and green apple. On the palate it is round and fat with a good persistence and structure. The oak is subtle and harmonious bringing smoky and vanilla notes to a bracing wine with mineral finish.
