Tasting Notes
This ancient and locally famous single vineyard plot includes a tiny percentage of indigenous Vitis vinifera varieties that predate the Mencía, incorporated into the blend for added complexity. Bright violet color this wines is intense in dark berry and violet scents complemented by smoky minerals and spice. Fresh and expansive on the palate, offering blackberry and bitter cherry flavors that become sweeter with air.
